(*) The tour will be temporarily shortened due to the renovation works. You will be able to visit the Museum, the Model of the Santiago Bernabéu of the 21st century, the photo with the Champions League trophy and photo montage with players (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium, the Madridista card area and the Official Shop.

Due to the different events and the refurbishment works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the itinerary and opening times of the Tour may be subject to change. Visitors will be informed of this on the website, at the ticket office and at the entrance.

The turf on the pitch has been removed. 

Due to organizational reasons,  

  • Wednesday September 27th, opening times will work from 09:30h to 14:00h.
  • Saturday October 7th , opening times will work from 9:30h to 11:15h.
  • Wednesday November 8th, opening times will work from 09:30h to 16:00h.
  • Wednesday November 29th, opening times will work from 09:30h to 16:00h.

If I buy the ticket online, do I have to go to the ticket office?
It's unnecessary; you should print it or download the code to your mobile device and head straight to the entrance on Avda. Concha Espina.
I have been given tickets for the Tour Bernabeu. What do I do when I get to the stadium?
As you already have the tickets, you don't to go to the ticket office. You can access the tour directly on Calle Padre Damián.
Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket?
The purchase of a ticket is subject to visit time and date. Once the purchase has been confirmed, these may not be altered. During the purchase process, you will view a summary of your basket prior to providing confirmation. The general conditions of sale that apply to the ticket indicate the fact it is valid solely and exclusively for the date and time shown. We would remind you that once your purchase has been confirmed, tickets are not subject to changes, modifications, or refunds.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wish to cancel my ticket, is that possible?
Any purchase of tickets online is considered final. The general conditions of sale made available at the time of purchase, which you have stated you read and accept, reflect that tickets are valid solely and exclusively for the date and time shown.
From what age do children pay?
From 5 years old (included), always having to be accompanied by an adult.
I'm a Madridista Premium, can someone else use my card?
No, the discounts are only applicable to the Madridista Premium card holder. It must be presented on entry to the Tour.
Is there any kind of discount for the Tour Bernabéu?
Discounts are only applicable to members, Madridistas Premium and groups.
I read that the closing time is 7pm, does that mean I have to leave the stadium at that time?
If your reservation was for a Flexible Time ticket or was made for the last entry time of the day - 6:30pm from Monday to Saturday and 6:00pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays, you may arrive up until 7:00pm or 6:30pm, respectively. You will then have one hour to complete the Tour. Last exit time from Monday to Saturday is 8:00pm, while the last exit on Sundays and Bank Holidays will be 7:30pm.
Special timetable on match days.
On match days, the Tour (museum and panoramic view) is open up to 5 hours before the start of the game.
Accessibility and wheelchair policy.
Due to the stadium remodeling works, visits for people with reduced mobility will be temporarily suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Can I take photos or videos on the Tour?
Yes, it is allowed throughout the tour, including the museum.
Is there a locker to leave suitcases, baby buggies, etc.?
There is no place to leave your luggage.
Is it possible to take the tour with a suitcase or baby carriage?
It is possible to do so, but we would like to inform you that the route of the Tour runs through many flights of stairs.
Once I have accessed the Tour, can I go out and come back in?
No, only one access is allowed.
Can I access with my pet?
Access is only possible with guide dogs.
