HOW DO I BUY MY TICKETS?
IF I BUY THE TICKET ONLINE, DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE TICKET OFFICE?
It’s not necessary, you must print it or download the code on your mobile device and access directly through the turnstiles at Tower B.
I’M TRYING TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE, BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE THE OPTION OF DAY OR TIME.
Tickets can be used any day as they have no date or time assigned to them. You can do the tour within the opening hours, it’s not necessary to make a reservation. To inquire about possible changes to the schedule or route, please consult https://www.realmadrid.com/entradas/tour-bernabeu.
I HAVE BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE TOUR BERNABÉU, WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE STADIUM?
As you already have the tickets you do not have to go to the ticket office. You can access the tour directly through Tower B.

FROM WHAT AGE DO CHILDREN PAY?
From 5 years old (included), always when accompanied by an adult.
I HAVE A MADRIDISTA CARD, COULD ANOTHER PERSON USE IT?
No, the discounts are only applicable to the holders of the card. They must show the card upon entering the tour.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS WITH STUDENT CARDS, TRAVEL AGENCIES, LARGE FAMILIES, ETC ...?
The only discounts are applied to members, Madridistas and groups.
SCHEDULES
I’VE READ THAT THE OPENING HOURS FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY ARE FROM 9:30AM TO 7PM, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? THAT AT 7PM I HAVE TO LEAVE THE STADIUM?
You can go in until 7pm from Monday to Saturday and until 6:30pm on Sundays and holidays. Then an hour and a half after the closing of the entrance to the tour (8:30pm from Monday to Saturday, 8pm Sundays and holidays) the visit would end.
GUIDED VISITS
CAN I JOIN A GUIDED VISIT WHEN PURCHASING THE TICKET ON THE INTERNET?
No, the tickets bought through the web are only valid for the non-guided visit. To join one of the guided tours that leave at the following times: Monday to Saturday - 10:30am, 12:30am, 3:30pm, 5:30pm; Sundays and holidays - 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, you should buy the ticket at the ticket office before the beginning of the guided tour.
IS THE ROUTE THE SAME ON FREE VISITS AND GUIDED TOURS?
Yes it’s the same.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ON THE TOUR?
Yes, it is allowed throughout the tour including the museum.
IS THERE ANY PLACE TO LEAVE SUITCASES, PUSH CHAIRS, ETC ..?
No, there is no place designated for this.
CAN THE VISIT BE CARRIED OUT WITH A SUITCASE OR PUSH CHAIR?
It is possible although the tour goes through numerous flights of stairs.
ONCE I HAVE STARTED THE TOUR, CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
No, you are only allowed to enter once.
CAN I ENTER WITH MY PET?
It is only possible to enter with guide dogs.

General Information about the Bernabéu Tour

  • Monday to Saturday from 09.30am to 7pm.
  • Sundays and holidays from 10am to 6.30pm.

Wheelchair users: It is not currently possible to complete the entire Bernabéu Tour. We offer a free visit to the "Best Club in History" room, "Sensations" room and a visit to the substitutes bench with an accompanying visitor.

Tickets are sold at Box Office 3, beside Gate 34 (Concha Espina Avenue, entrance at Tower B) or you can buy in advance in order to avoid queues at box office.

Open every day except the 25th of December and the 1st of January.

Adults €25, Children (up to 14 years old) €18.00, Adult Membership Card holders €17.00, Junior Membership Card holders €13.00. Season-ticket holders get in for free when they present their membership card (not their season-ticket) at the ticket office. Combined School Tickets

On the match day, the Tour can be held up to 5 hours before the start of the match and the changing rooms will remain closed. Later and up to 3 and a half hours before, you can only visit the "Best Club of History" room, the "Sensations" room and the panoramic view of the stadium.

The visit to the Santiago Bernabéu is self-guided and includes panoramic view of the stadium, "Best Club in History" room, "Sensations" room, photomontages, pitch side, presidential box, changing rooms, players tunnel, benches and technical area, press room and official store. Due to the different events that take place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour may vary its route and its schedule, informing the visitor both at the ticket offices, on the website and at the access gate to the Tour.
