A hat-trick from Arribas, a brace from Dotor and goals from Álvaro Rodríguez and Aranda secured the spoils for the academy team away at Talavera.

Real Madrid Castilla produced a stunning away victory. Raúl‘s boys thumped Talavera with Arribas – who netted a hat-trick, the pichichi is on 18 goals – and Dotor – with a brace and two assists – taking centre stage. Álvaro Rodríguez and Aranda sealed the win for the Madrid academy side, who remain in second place, but are just one point off leaders Alcorcón.

With less than a minute on the clock, Castilla were in front courtesy of a goal from Dotor. The captain latched onto a loose ball inside the area to make it 0-1 in the first real chance of the game. However, in the 13th minute, the referee awarded a soft penalty after De Luis tangled with Escudero and Buenacasa equalised from the spot.

Ten minutes later, the academy team were ahead again through Dotor after the Madrid star had stolen the ball from the opposition's defence. After the half hour mark, Dotor was on the receiving-end of a fierce challenge from Lassina, earning a yellow card for the home player. Castilla continued to boss the game and, just before half-time, Arribas made it 1-3 from a superb counter-attacking move.

After the restart, Arribas was on target again, beating Biel with a lob from the edge of the area. On 49', the hosts clawed their way back into the game through Neyder. But Álvaro Rodríguez was soon on hand to score the fifth from Dotor's assist (53'). After several attempts, Arribas completed his hat-trick in the 85th minute with a brilliant dinked finish over the goalkeeper. In stoppage time, Aranda added a seventh and final goal. Castilla's ninth away win of the season keeps them in contention for the title.
