President Florentino Pérez presented Karim Benzema with a commemorative jersey at Real Madrid City, to recognise the 309 goals he's scored for our team, which see him become the club's third highest goal scorer in history. After his spectacular hat-trick against PSG at the Santiago Bernabéu, the Frenchman overtook Alfredo Di Stéfano (308) and become the club’s third all-time top goal-scorer. Next in Benzema’s sights is Raúl, on 323 goals, who is behind Cristiano Ronaldo, on 451.
The striker, who has already netted 30 goals this season, scored his first goal for Real Madrid on matchday three of the 2009/10 LaLiga season against Xerez and he has won absolutely everything at the club. His impressive silverware list includes 20 trophies: four Champions League trophies, four Club World Cups, three European Super Cups, three LaLiga titles, two Copa del Rey trophies and four Spanish Super Cups.
