“I'd have liked to have won, we had a lot of chances to score, especially in the first half", he added.
Zinedine Zidane spoke in the press room at of the Camp Nou and analysed the Clásico: "I'd have liked to have won. There was nothing at stake but it was a good Clásico, high intensity and chances. They played well and so did we. Everyone who likes football can be happy with a game like that. Football is always more important than the controversy that you want to create".

"We had a good opportunity to win today, clearly, we had a lot of chances to score, especially in the first half, in the end it was a draw and that's that, there are two games left and, in the end, Barcelona will finish the season unbeaten".

Cristiano Ronaldo's injury
"I don't know how long he'll be out. He said it wasn't much, but we'll see tomorrow, we'll do some tests to see the extend of the damage done to his ankle. He was a little worried because it was a bit swollen, but he said that it's nothing serious".

We had to be patient but we weren't clinical enough.

"I'm not talking about the referees. We had a decent game, especially the first half, it was eleven against eleven. We had chances to score. In the second half, playing against ten, we were a bit worse. We needed to be patient and we didn't have much luck. In the end, we didn't lose and we have to congratulate Barcelona on their performance".

Bale and Benzema’s standout performances
"The most important thing is the work that these players put in. They all did well. Karim is a true example of that. In the semi-final he showed everyone his value in an important match".

VAR
"VAR wasn't in use tonight so I'm not going to discuss that. That's how it is and it's not going to change anything. Next year things will change and we'll see how a match like that ends up".
