Real Madrid Castilla keep plugging away, but could only manage a point against Toledo at the Di Stéfano. This does mean however, that they have gone five games undefeated. The youth team battled away in front of the home fans and could have snatched the win in the second half, but the visiting goalkeeper Alcolea was on hand to snuff out the madridista efforts. Manu Hernando scored the only goal for the Whites, who wore shirts in support of Sergio Díaz, who recently picked up an injury.

The first half was evenly matched, and the scores at half time reflected this, with a goal each. Both sides were defensively sound, not giving up much space whatsoever to their rivals as they both looked to dominate the midfield. Manu Hernando headed home a neatly taken Quezada free-kick on 31 minutes, but Toledo responded quickly thanks to Canario, whose shot was too much for Belman.

A draw in the end
Castilla, looking for their fourth consecutive win, could not break down the opposition defence in the second half. They tried their best to trouble Alcolea, protagonist after the break. The goalkeeper from La Mancha rescued a point for Toledo after reacting brilliantly to stop Reguilón's effort in the 65th minute, then a free-kick from Óscar in the 84th and finally a shot across goal from Arturo Molina just before the end.
