What services are included in the price?
In addition to attendance at the selected match, prices include catering services, which will vary depending on the type of ticket purchased.
Ticket category:
- Season: Catering service in the different VIP areas is available from 90 minutes before the start of the match until 30 minutes after the end, with variations depending on the location:
- Private boxes: Service offered directly inside the box.
- Boxes and Seats Area: Access to shared adjoining hospitality rooms
- Per match:
- Gold: Hospitality room inside the stadium and catering service from 90 minutes before the match until30 minutes after the end of the match.
- Silver/Matchdaypremium: Hospitality room outside the stadium and catering service 2 hours before the match.
Catering service will always be cocktail-buffet style. In addition, you can enjoy all kinds of drinks, including spirits.
Access to the stadium for minors
Minors will not be allowed to enter the stadium without a ticket (which will never be discounted or offered at a special price) and without being accompanied by an adult. According to Royal Decree 203/2010, Article 17, each spectator must carry their own individually issued ticket. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to enter the stadium with children in your arms without a ticket.
How can I purchase a ticket?
VIP tickets must be purchased through our website, which will always show the latest availability for each match.
If you cannot find availability or are unable to complete the purchase process, please contact us directly by email at: areavip@realmadrid.es.
Once tickets have been paid for, no changes or refunds will be accepted.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend that you do not wear Bermuda shorts, shorts, sleeveless shirts or open-toed shoes. We also ask that you avoid coming to the stadium wearing the colours of rival teams.
Match dates and times
League matches are scheduled for Sundays by default. However, they may be changed to Saturdays or other days.
The exact date and time of LaLiga matches will not be official until published by LaLiga.
UEFA Champions League matches always take place on weekdays, and their dates and times will not be changed once announced.
Copa del Rey matches always take place on weekdays, but their dates and times may be subject to change.

Can I purchase regular capacity tickets?
The only way to purchase tickets in advance is always through VIP Area Products.
Regular capacity tickets can be purchased approximately ten days before each match via our website www.realmadrid.com.
Why can I find tickets online for other matches or at other prices?
The only official means of purchasing VIP tickets will always be through our website www.realmadrid.com or by contacting Área VIP Corporate Hospitality directly by email: areavip@realmadrid.es
Real Madrid sells tickets to numerous agencies that offer tourist packages, but Real Madrid is not responsible for these packages under any circumstances. Similarly, there are numerous pirate websites and black market sites offering tickets online, which we recommend NOT purchasing as in many cases they do not have the tickets or they are fake. Please contact us if you have any questions about third parties offering tickets.
