Olga Carmona is among the 23 candidates for the FIFA FIFPro Women's World11 of 2023. The Real Madrid player has been shortlisted for this dream team, which is chosen by professional female footballers from around the world and will be unveiled on 15 January at The Best Awards gala. Olga, who won the World Cup with Spain last summer, scored the iconic goal that clinched the trophy and was voted the best player in the final.
The goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards with the most votes will be picked. The remaining place will go to the player who didn't make the list but received the highest number of votes. This eleven is put together based on the players' performances between 1 August 2022 and 20 August 2023
