Following their win over Valencia, our team switched their attentions to preparing for their upcoming match against Liverpool at Real Madrid City. Xabi Alonso's boys travel to Anfield for the Champions League matchday four fixture (Tuesday, 9:00 pm CET).
The starting XI at the Bernabéu completed recovery work in the gym, while the rest of the squad started with a warm-up out on the pitch. The players then worked on positioning drills and carried out exercises focusing on waves of attack. The session concluded with a series of games on reduced-size pitches.
Alaba, Rüdiger and Carvajal continued with their recovery programs.
