An Mbappé brace and fine goals from Bellingham and Carreras sealed victory for the league leaders, who have won all seven games played at our stadium.
Real Madrid crushed Valencia at the Bernabéu and continued their winning streak at our stadium: seven out of seven (five in LaLiga and two in the Champions League). Xabi Alonso's side put the victory on track with a magnificent first half, crowned by a brace from Mbappé, who has now scored 18 goals in 14 games, and a superb goal from Bellingham. In the second half, Carreras made it 4-0 with a spectacular strike that flew into the top corner.
The LaLiga leaders came out all guns blazing and it didn't take long for the chances to come. Arda Güler slipped a wonderful ball between the lines to Mbappé, who shot from inside the area after six minutes, but the ball cannoned off Copete for a corner. Mastantuono took the corner and the ball dropped to Valverde on the edge of the area, who surprised everyone with a shot with the outside of his foot that missed the target by mere centimetres. Three minutes later, Vini Jr.'s cross-shot was pushed wide by Agirrezabala. After a quarter of an hour, Arda Güler swung in a corner and Militão's bullet header was deflected by Tárrega's hand. After reviewing the play on the monitor, Busquets Ferrer awarded a penalty, which Mbappé converted.
The minutes ticked by and our team extended their lead just after the half-hour mark. The Arda Güler-Mbappé connection paid off again. Bellingham spotted the Turkish player's run between the lines and, from the byline, he delivered a precise assist for the Frenchman, who scored his second with a delicate left-footed touch. It was the Frenchman's 18th official goal and his 13th in LaLiga, where he has now scored in eight consecutive games.
Bellingham's work of art
Our team were rampant and could have made it 3-0 in the 42nd minute. Carreras was clearly felled inside the area by Thierry R. and Busquets Ferrer awarded a penalty. Vini Jr. took the spot kick, but Agirrezabala was on hand to save the Brazilian's effort and then deny Arda Güler's follow-up. A minute later, the home side did score their third goal. It was a work of art by Bellingham. The Englishman received the ball on the edge of the area, skipped past Beltrán with a beautiful manoeuvre and fired the ball into the net with a precise right-footed shot that the goalkeeper was powerless to stop.

The second half was played at a more leisurely pace, but Xabi Alonso's side continued to create dangerous moments. Vini Jr. burst forward from his own half and reached the opposition's area, where he cut the ball back for Mbappé. The Frenchman's shot in the 62nd minute was met with a stunning display of reflexes from Agirrezabala. But the Valencia goalkeeper was unable to do the same in the 83rd minute when Carreras scored a superb goal. The full-back received the ball on the wing, cut inside the area and surprised everyone with a left-footed rocket that flew into the top corner. It was a spectacular debut goal for Real Madrid. From then until the end, our team managed to hold on to their lead, using their dominance of the ball as their best weapon, and finished the game with a clean sheet.
