29 years since Raúl's debut
NEWS.
Raúl began his Real Madrid legend on 29 October 1994. The striker made his debut at La Romareda against Real Zaragoza 3-2 at the age of just 17. It was the start of a historic career, in which he made 741 official appearances for the first team, which is a club record, and scored 323 goals. Raúl became a Madrid icon over 16 seasons, in which he won 3 European Cups, 2 Intercontinental Cups, 1 European Super Cup, 6 LaLiga titles and 4 Spanish Super Cups.

After his debut in Zaragoza, it only took him a week to prove his goalscoring instinct, as he scored in a derby against Atlético the following matchday. From then on, he marked an era in world football and many of his goals came in decisive matches, such as those in the finals of the Octava and the Novena, or in the second Intercontinental title against Vasco de Gama.
