WSG Tirol-Real Madrid: final friendly before LaLiga kick-off
Xabi Alonso's men will be playing a warm-up match at the Tivoli Stadion Tirol in Innsbruck this evening (7 pm CEST; Realmadrid TV).
Real Madrid are about to kick off the 2025/26 campaign. After returning to training at Real Madrid City, Xabi Alonso's side will be playing a pre-season friendly this evening against WSG Tirol, at the Tivoli Stadion Tirol in Innsbruck (Austria). The game kicks off at 7 pm (CEST) and will be broadcast live on Realmadrid TV.
The match will be a chance for the Whites to continue their preparations for the start of the official competition, which will take place in a week against Osasuna. The Navarrese side will visit the Bernabéu on matchday one of LaLiga (Tuesday, 19 August, 7 pm CEST).
Bellingham, Mendy, Endrick and Camavinga, who continue with their recovery programmes, and Valverde are absent from the squad, in which the Madrid coach has named all his available players. So we could see Álvaro Carreras make his debut as a Madridista.
The opposition
The Austrian Bundesliga outfit WSG Tirol, who have already been involved in official competition, will be up against them. They have already played three matches: two league games, which ended in victories, and a cup tie, in which they beat FCM Traiskirchen (0-4).
