Real Madrid-Osasuna: a return to LaLiga action
Xabi Alonso's boys host the opening game of the championship at the Bernabéu (9:00 pm CEST).
Just 41 days on from their last competitive clash at the Club World Cup, Real Madrid are back in action against Osasuna tonight. The madridistas are gearing up to get their LaLiga 2025/26 campaign underway in front of the home fans at the Bernabéu (9:00 pm CEST).
Tonight's match will be the first of three for our boys in August. Xabi Alonso's side will be keen to get off on the right foot, prior to taking on Oviedo on the road this Sunday (9:30 pm CEST), and Mallorca back at the Bernabéu on the last Saturday of the month (9:30 pm CEST).

“We're eager to get started, to get back to the Bernabéu and connect with the fans," underlined Xabi Alonso in the pre-match press conference. The Real Madrid coach named all four new signings in his squad for the match: Huijsen, Trent, Carreras and Mastantuono. Rüdiger misses out through suspension, while Bellingham, Camavinga, Mendy and Endrick are all still recovering from injuries.
Osasuna
The team from Navarra have played six games in their pre-season campaign, under the guidance of new head coach Alessio Lisci. They've also strengthened their ranks with former madridista academy ace Víctor Muñoz, as well as Rosier, Ander Yoldi and Iker Benito, the latter of whom will be absent with a knock.
