Alavés vs. Real Madrid: all out for victory in Vitoria
Our team face their last away game of the year in LaLiga (9 pm CET).
Real Madrid take on Alavés in their LaLiga matchday 16 fixture. Xabi Alonso's side will be looking to pick up three more points at the Mendizorroza stadium in their final league outing of the year (9 pm CET).
This will be the penultimate league game of 2025 for the Whites, who will be looking to reach the Christmas break in the best way possible. To achieve this, they will be fighting for victory tonight against Alavés and on 20 December at home against Sevilla. In between, they will visit Talavera in their Copa del Rey opening game.
“I'm sure that the desire, attitude and commitment will be there to win the game,” said Xabi Alonso at the press conference before the match. The Real Madrid coach, who will be able to count on Huijsen in his ranks for this match, has called up these players. Mbappé, the team's top scorer, who did not play on Wednesday in the Champions League, will also be available.
The opposition
