SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF THE "OFFICIAL JERSEY" ADAVANTAGE FOR MADRIDISTA PLATINUM MEMBERS
These Specific Conditions relating to the official Real Madrid C.F. jersey benefit applicable to Madridista Platinum members (hereinafter, "Specific Conditions") exclusively regulate the conditions associated to the official Real Madrid C.F. jersey benefit (hereinafter, "Official Jersey") included as part of the subscription to the Madridista Platinum membership, as detailed in the Advantages of the General Conditions
As such, these Specific Conditions complement the General Conditions of the Real Madrid Club de Fútbol (hereinafter, "Real Madrid C.F.") Madridista Community, which are available at this link, and which are of priority application in terms of registration, payments, renewals, cancellations and withdrawal as regards the Madridista Platinum membership.
1. Official Jersey - Activation conditions
The benefit of obtaining an Official Jersey is a conditional and deferred benefit of the Madridista Platinum subscription, the activation and management of which is subject to full compliance with the payment requirements set out below, in accordance with the General Conditions of the Madridista Community (clause 3.3).
a) Annual payment: In the annual payment mode, the Official Jersey benefit is accrued, activated and managed exclusively after the effective collection of the total annual fee corresponding to the Madridista Platinum subscription.
b) Monthly payment: In the monthly payment mode, the Official Jersey benefit will only accrue when the member has paid twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments, being activated and managed only after the effective collection of the payment corresponding to the twelfth (12th) month. In the event of non-payment, chargeback, cancellation of the subscription, cancellation of the programme or change of modality prior to the end of the twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments, the right to obtain the Official Jersey will not arise and the member will not have access to this benefit.
c) Nature of the fees and absence of reimbursement: The fees paid, whether monthly or annual, are exclusively for access to and enjoyment of the Madridista Platinum membership during the period effectively covered, together with the advantages associated with this status at all times, and do not constitute, in whole or in part, an advance, deposit or price of the Official Jersey. Consequently, failure to obtain the Official Jersey due to non-compliance with the aforementioned payment requirements will not give rise to any right to reimbursement, in whole or in part, of the fees previously paid.
Each option has its own price structure and benefits; failure to obtain a conditional benefit does not alter the validity of the fees accrued for the period effectively enjoyed.
2. Party responsible for the Official Jersey customization, preparation and shipment service and scope
The management (selection, customization, preparation, logistics and shipping) of the Official Jersey as included in the Madridista Platinum benefit will be managed by Legends Hospitality España, S.L. (hereinafter, "Legends") through this link, acting in the name and on behalf of Real Madrid C.F., to whom the latter provides the necessary data for this purpose.
Legends has its registered address at Calle Poeta Maragall 1 Planta 15 - 28020 Madrid, Spain, is recorded on the Mercantile Registry of Madrid and has tax number NIF B-88644299.
As regards Madridistas Platinum, Real Madrid C.F. is solely responsible for any economic, administrative or legal claims that may arise from this benefit, including the manufacture and shipment of the Official Jersey.
2 bis. Distribution of responsibilities as regards Madridistas Platinum
Real Madrid C.F. accepts the condition of sole responsible party for managing the benefit and compliance with these Specific Conditions. Legends does not accept any obligation or liability to Madridista Platinum other than that which is mandatory by the applicable regulations, acting exclusively as a logistics and customization operator.
Any economic, legal, or administrative claim related to the benefit must be directed to Real Madrid C.F., through the Club's official contact channels indicated in its General Conditions (contact email: madridistas.platinum@corp.realmadrid.com), withoutwithout prejudice to the fact that the latter may exercise the corresponding actions against Legends in accordance with the applicable agreement between both parties. The indication of Legends' contact channels for operational purposes does not alter the assignment of responsibilities.
3. Selection and customization process
Once the applicable payment conditions have been met, the Madridista Platinum will access this link to select the size, version and personalization options of the Official Jersey for the current season enabled for this benefit. Personalization will take place in accordance with the technical, legal and brand options and restrictions indicated in ANNEX I: Accepted customization policy – Madridista Platinum. Legends may reject customizations that violate third-party rights, applicable regulations, or Club and/or Legends policies.
The confirmation of the personalization by the Madridista Platinum constitutes the latter's definitive acceptance of the Official Jersey benefit. Given the personalized nature of the product, no exchange or return is permitted for reasons of size, preference or error in the data provided by the Madridista Platinum, without prejudice to the handling of manufacturing defects as indicated in Clause 7.
4. Production and timelines
The activation of the benefit of the Official Jersey is conditional on the effective payment of the Madridista Platinum subscription (payment of the annual fee or payment of the twelve (12) consecutive months in the monthly payment format), the availability of stock for the current season and the correct receipt of the confirmed personalization. The preparation and shipping times as set out in ANNEX II : Shipping and Returns Policy - Madridista Platinum are estimated and may be affected by supply incidents, high campaign demand, special personalities or force majeure.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Customs
The Official Jersey will be sent to the postal address indicated by the Madridista Platinum in the section of the flow enabled for this purpose ("Where do you want to receive the Official Jersey"). It is the responsibility of the Madridista Platinum to verify the accuracy and validity of the postal address. For destinations outside the European Union, the Madridista Platinum will be responsible for the payment of duties, taxes and customs charges that are applicable in accordance with local import regulations, which will be required by the authority or logistics operator at destination.
In the event of absence, rejection, incorrect address or failed customs clearance, delays, additional costs or the return of the shipment may occur. If the shipment is returned for reasons not attributable to Legends, it will be communicated to the Madridista Platinum for the purposes of its reshipment; the additional costs derived may be passed on to the Madridista Platinum if applicable and in accordance with the information shown in ANNEX II: Shipping and Return Policy - Madridista Platinum.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Madridista Platinum at the time of material delivery to the address indicated or, for shipments outside the EU, at the time of clearance and making available for the fulfillment of customs formalities by the recipient.
6. Changes of address and managing courier incidents
Before the dispatch of the Official Jersey, the Madridista Platinum may request a change of address through the contact form available on the website enabled by Legends for the management of this benefit or by email to customerservices@shop.realmadrid.com). If the Official Jersey order is already in transit, the modification may not be possible or may incur additional costs. In the event of a transport incident, the Madridista Platinum must notify Legends within the period indicated in ANNEX II: Shipping and Returns Policy - Madridista Platinum, counted from the delivery or from the expected date of delivery, providing reasonable evidence as indicated in ANNEX II: Shipping and Returns Policy - Madridista Platinum.
7. Returns, exchanges and defective products
As it is a personalized product, it cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons of size, preference or errors in the data provided by the Madridista Platinum. The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights of the consumer as regards a lack of conformity, manufacturing defects, damage in transport, preparation or shipping errors, or incidents beyond the control of the customer, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations. By way of example, cases of non-conformity will be considered manufacturing defects, personalization error attributable to Legends (e.g., name/number/patches other than those confirmed), delivery of a size or product other than confirmed, and damage in transport. For the applicable procedure and deadlines, see ANNEX II: Shipping and Return Policy - Madridista Platinum.
In such cases, the Madridista Platinum may request from Legends, at no additional cost, the repair or replacement (including new manufacture and reshipment) of the Official Jersey, unless the option chosen is impossible or disproportionate. Preferentially, the replacement will be offered by delivering an equivalent jersey, subject to availability. When the repair or replacement is not possible, is disproportionate or cannot be completed within a reasonable time and without major inconveniences, the Madridista Platinum may request, free of charge, to: (i) refund the amount equivalent to the value of the benefit (RRP of the jersey as published in the Real Madrid Official Online Store at the time when the benefit is activated pursuant to clause 1 of these Conditions) or (ii) the resolution of the corresponding service to the 'Official Jersey' benefit, with definitive cancellation of the subscription (and the corresponding change in the subscription mode) and the refund of the amount equivalent to the value of the benefit, as indicated above. In both cases, Legends will arrange for pickup and bear the return costs and any associated logistical costs.
Procedure and deadlines: the Madridista Platinum must communicate the incident related to the Official Jersey benefit through the contact email: customerservices@shop.realmadrid.com, providing the reasonably required information (for example, order number, photographs of the product and packaging, description of the defect or damage, and delivery note or proof of delivery). Visible damage due to transport must be reported within the period indicated in ANNEX II: Shipping and returns policy - Madridista Platinum and, in any case, within a reasonable period from time from delivery. Lack of conformity and manufacturing defects may be reported during the applicable legal warranty period from delivery.
Return costs: when the return is due to lack of conformity, manufacturing defect, damage in transport or any other event not attributable to the Madridista Platinum, the collection/return and reshipment costs will be borne by Legends. In any other case, no return or exchange will be made as it is a personalized product.
This limitation does not affect the right of withdrawal from the Madridista Platinum subscription, which is governed by the General Conditions of the Madridista Community and does not confer, in any case, the right to return or exchange the personalized Official Jersey unless the above cases occur.
8. Withdrawal from the Madridista Platinum subscription
The right of withdrawal from the Madridista Platinum subscription will be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions of the Madridista Community (Clause 3.3.4) (right of withdrawal section and, where applicable, by the regulations in force. The valid exercise of the withdrawal from the subscription does not entitle the return or exchange of the personalized Official Jersey, nor does it confer the right to send it if the payment requirements that activate the benefit have not been met, all in accordance with the General Conditions of the Madridista Community.
9. Data protection
9.1 This Specific Condition refers only to the processing of personal data for the management of the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Real Madrid Jersey benefit. Consequently, for all matters not expressly regulated in these Specific Conditions, the provisions of Condition "6. PERSONAL DATA" in the General Conditions of the Madridista Community shall apply.
9.2 Roles and data source in the processing of personal data for the management of the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Real Madrid Jersey benefit. Real Madrid C.F. (the Club) acts as the data controller with respect to the data of Madridista Platinum members. For the purpose of managing the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Jersey, the Club will communicate to Legends the strictly necessary personal data (identification and contact details and logistical delivery data in the case of the annual subscription modality). Legends acts as the Club's processor for these purposes.
9.3 Data update by the Madridista Platinum. Before proceeding with the shipment, through this link the Madridista Platinum will be allowed to review and update the delivery data (e.g. postal address, contact person and telephone number) and any necessary logistical instructions. This collection/update is carried out by Legends in its capacity as manager and on behalf of the Club. The member guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided or updated.
9.4 Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data for the management of the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Real Madrid Jersey benefit. The processing is carried out to manage the benefit included in the subscription (personalized production, preparation and delivery of the Official Jersey, incident management and after-sales service), on the basis of the execution of the subscription contract with the Club and, where appropriate, the Club's legitimate interest in ensuring the correct logistical provision and the prevention of fraud or abuse, without prejudice to applicable legal obligations.
9.5 Recipients and suppliers in the processing of personal data for the management of the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Real Madrid Jersey benefit. For the provision of the service, Legends, in its capacity as data processor, may provide access to logistics and customer service providers (carriers, warehouses, printers/customizers, support service and management platforms), which will act as sub-processors in accordance with article 28 GDPR and documented instructions from the Club. In international shipments, the strictly necessary data may be communicated to customs authorities and operators at destination for clearance and delivery.
9.6 International transfers in the processing of personal data for the management of the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Real Madrid Jersey benefit. When, due to the destination or infrastructure of the providers, it is necessary to carry out international transfers of data outside the EEA, these will be based on adequacy decisions or, failing that, on the appropriate safeguards provided for in Articles 46 et seq. of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or others), available for consultation through the contact channels indicated.
9.7 Retention of the data processed for the management of the selection, personalization, preparation and delivery of the Official Real Madrid Jersey benefit. The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the Official Jersey benefit and the associated incidents, and thereafter during the applicable limitation periods for the attention of possible liabilities.
9.8 Rights and Contacts. The Madridista Platinum can exercise their data protection rights at the postal address Avenida Concha Espina nº1 in Madrid, Spain, CP 28036, or by email oposicion@corp.realmadrid.com, as well as obtain more information about the processing of their data in the Annex attached to these General Conditions or in our privacy notice at https://www.realmadrid.com/en-US/legal/privacy-policy. For privacy queries related to the processing carried out by Legends as a processor and, where applicable, with respect to the processing of its own channels, please use the contact channel indicated in its Privacy Policy [customerservices@shop.realmadrid.com]. The current privacy policies of the Club and Legends are available on their respective official websites.
9.9 Additional information on data protection. Additional information on data processing and current privacy policies is provided on the Club's subscription screens, in the General Conditions of the Madridista Community and in the Real Madrid Privacy Policy, as well as in the Legends logistics flow.
10. Attention to the Madridista Platinum and complaints
Queries, incidents and/or complaints relating to subscriptions, payments, registrations, cancellations, renewals related to the Madridista Platinum membership are managed by Real Madrid C.F. through the Club's official contact channels indicated in its General Conditions (contact email: madridistas.platinum@corp.realmadrid.com ).
Queries and incidents relating to the selection, customization, manufacture, shipment and delivery of the Official Jersey are handled by Legends through the contact form available on the website enabled by Legends for the management of the Madridista Platinum Benefit and the support mailbox (contact email: customerservices@shop.realmadrid.com).
Complaint forms are available to the Madridista Platinum in accordance with the applicable regulations.
11. Modifications
Real Madrid C.F. may modify these Specific Conditions in accordance with its General Conditions.
Legends may update, for operational, legal or service reasons, the policies published on its website (Customizations, Shipping and Returns, Customs), informing you on those pages, and reflecting the date of last update.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Specific Conditions will be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory regulations for the protection of consumers and users and the jurisdictions that may be applicable in any given case.
ANNEX I: Accepted customization policy - Madridista Platinum
Scope and purpose
This policy regulates the customization of the official jersey included as a benefit in the Madridista Platinum subscription, managed through the Legends website. It complements the Specific Terms and Conditions of the benefit.
Available options
- Name and number in official Club fonts.
Patches/licenses authorized by the Club and the competitions.
- Limit: Name up to ten (10) characters; number of one or two (2) digits (00-99).
Restrictions
Customizations that:
- Include offensive, defamatory, abusive, obscene, violent or discriminatory content (political, religious, racist, sexist, LGBTI-phobic, etc.).
- Infringe on the rights of third parties (trademarks, copyrights, names of unauthorized third parties).
- Incorporate personal data (e.g. ID, telephone numbers, addresses) or references to unauthorized players/persons.
- Violate Club policies.
Review, rejection and cancellation
- Legends and/or the Club may review and reject customizations that violate the foregoing. The member will be informed and, if necessary, asked for an alternative.
- If the violation is detected upon confirmation, Legends may cancel the customization order and offer compliant replacement options.
Errors attributable to the client vs. Legends
- Customer errors (e.g. incorrectly entered name/number) do not give the right to exchange or return as it is a personalized product.
- Errors attributable to Legends (e.g. name/number other than the one confirmed) are corrected free of charge by remanufacturing/replacement.
Model and season window
- The model, options and patches available will be those available for the current season and may vary by stock or licenses.
Intellectual Property
- The distinctive signs, designs and typographies are owned/licensed by the Club and third parties. Reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited.

ANNEX II : Shipping & Return Policy - Madridista Platinum
Scope
It regulates the preparation, delivery and management of incidents/returns of the jersey included as a benefit in the Madridista Platinum subscription. This is not applicable to standalone sales.
Submission Eligibility
- Annual payment: shipment after the effective collection of the annual fee.
- Monthly payment: shipment following payment of the 12th monthly fee, being necessary to have made 12 consecutive monthly payments. Non-payments/cancellations before month 12 forgo the right to the jersey.
Estimated timelines
- Preparation (from eligibility + customization confirmation): 10-14 business days.
- EU transit: 2-7 working days.
- Transit outside the EU: 7-15 working days, subject to customs. The deadlines are estimates and may vary by campaign, stock, special customizations or force majeure. Tracking numbers will be provided.
Delivery address and exchanges
- The member must verify/update their address prior to submission on the Legends website.
- Changes with the order in transit may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Transport incidents
Communicate through the Legends form/email by providing:
- Order number and tracking.
- Description of the incident.
- Photographs of the packaging and the product (if applicable).
- Proof of delivery/delivery note. Recommended notification deadlines:
- Visible damage: within 48 hours from delivery.
- Non-apparent damage: within 7 calendar days from delivery.
Returns, exchanges and non-compliance
- No exchange or return is applicable due to size/preference or data errors provided by the customer (personalized product).
- Available free of charge when there is a lack of conformity (e.g. manufacturing defect, personalization error attributable to Legends, size/product other than confirmed, damage in transport):
or Primary solution: repair or replacement (new manufacture and reshipment) at no cost.
or If this is not possible, disproportionate or unreasonable in time, the remedies provided for by consumer regulations will be applied.
- Since the jersey is a benefit, the solutions do not entail a refund of subscription fees, without prejudice to the provisions of the Club's General Conditions.
Costs and reshipments
- In cases not attributable to the customer, the costs of collection/return and reshipment are borne by Legends.
- Returns due to customer reasons (incorrect address, repeated absence, unjustified refusal) may incur reshipment costs.

Delivery regime
- Unless otherwise indicated, international deliveries are made DAP/DPD: duties, taxes and local fees to be paid by the recipient.
Charges and management
- The operator/authority may require payment of duties and taxes prior to delivery. Failure to pay may result in delays, additional charges, or return of the shipment.
- The recipient must provide the necessary data/documents for clearance (e.g. local tax ID).
Dispatch deadlines
- Customs times depend on local authorities and can significantly extend delivery. Legends does not control such timeframes.
Refunds for customs incidents
- If the shipment is returned due to non-payment, incomplete documentation or no-show, re-shipment will be offered when possible; Additional costs may be passed on to the recipient.
Import restrictions
- Some product/country combinations may be restricted or unavailable. The recipient should check the rules in their country.

- The recipient must directly meet the requirements of the carrier/authority. Legends will provide reasonable coordination assistance.
