As you already have the tickets, you don't to go to the ticket office. You can access the tour directly on Avda. Concha Espina.

How long is my ticket valid for? When can I redeem my ticket?

Tickets will only be valid for the date and time indicated at the point of purchase. Flexible Time tickets may be used at any time of day, according to the selection during the purchase process.

Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket?

The purchase of tickets is subject to a booking for the visit on a specific date and time; once the purchase has been confirmed, these may not be altered. During the purchase, you will have access to a basket summary prior to proceeding to payment. The general sales conditions applicable to the ticket indicate that it is valid solely and exclusively for the date and time specified. We remind you that once your purchase has been confirmed, tickets are non-refundable.

Any purchase of tickets online is considered final. The general conditions of sale made available at the time of purchase, which you have stated you read and accept, reflect that tickets are valid solely and exclusively for the date and time shown.

If I'm a member, where do I collect my ticket?

Members are entitled to free admission for the Bernabéu Tour, and must collect their free tickets at the ticket office located at Paseo de la Castellana, 140.
In order to collect their tickets, they must present their membership card, not their season ticket.
The free ticket is non-transferable, and can only be used by the member who holds the membership card.

The ticket office is closed between 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

No, the discounts are only applicable to cardholders. The card must be shown at the entrance to the Tour.

Is there any kind of discount for the Tour Bernabéu?

The only discounts apply to Members, Platinum, Premium or Junior Madridistas and groups.

I read that the closing time is 7pm, does that mean I have to leave the stadium at that time?

From Monday to Saturday, closing time will be 9:00 pm. Sundays and Bank Holidays, 8:30 pm.
