1. Director Compensation

The members of the Board of Directors did not accrue any compensation for serving as directors.

As of June 30, 2025, and June 30, 2024, the Group had no obligations with former or current members of the Board of Directors in respect of pensions or life insurance, nor had it extended any guarantees on their behalf.

2. Identification of and total compensation paid to senior management

In the year ended June 30, 2025, there were 62 senior executives (2023/2024: 56), of whom 56 continued to hold their directorships on June 30, 2025 (June 30, 2024: 54).

Total compensation paid to executives in the year ended June 30, 2025, was €40,540 thousand euros (June 30, 2024: €36,741 thousand).
