Capable of scoring in all positions, Musa produced a memorable performance against Anadolu Efes on 5 January 2024. On that day, he spearheaded a historic win over the Turkish side in a game that went into four overtimes. The small forward scored 40 points and became the first Madridista player to reach that figure in a EuroLeague game since 2000.
