In August 2019, after seeing the Real Madrid matches only for 20 years, our next club president began to wonder if there would be others who enjoy the games as much as he. Would it be possible to find enough Real Madrid followers to establish a fans club in a country as small as Finland or had one already established? When he did not find an existing fans club, he approached the football fans page on Facebook and found other Real Madrid players. From the beginning there were ten people involved who had a shared dream: establish a Real Madrid fans club in Finland. After a lot of work and dedication, the time has come. We can proudly say that our dream came true! Since March 2021 we officially become the family of the Real Madrid Fans Club. Today we have 43 members and the fans club is expanding rapidly. 95% of our members are Finnish and 5% Spanish. Before Covid-19 we saw games together, but today we have virtual meetings during the games. We also have an Instagram page @madridistas.fi, a Facebook page of Peña Madrid's from Finland, a Twitter account @Madridistas_FI and some of our members talk about the team and the games on our Twitch account, PenamadridististaFinlandia, once a week. We are proud to say that we are part of the Real Madrid family! '
