Real Madrid draw in Tenerife
MATCH REPORT.Mireia Jiménez

Real Madrid earned a point away to Costa Adeje Tenerife on Liga F matchday five. Our team had possession and chances to win, including a penalty, but came up against a solid defence from an opponent that has yet to concede a goal so far this season. Andersson played her first minutes as a Madrid player in an official match.
The match started with Madrid taking the initiative and looking incisive. Bruun and Eva Navarro could have put our team ahead, but both came up against a well-organised back-line. Tenerife also had their chance after half an hour, but Frohms prevented a goal on two occasions, firstly, with a superb save from Carlota's shot, and then by diving on the rebound to smother the ball and prevent Paola from scoring.
After the break, our team could have taken the lead, but Angeldahl was inches away from connecting with the corner. Pau Quesada made changes to try to break the deadlock. The coach brought on RedondoAthenea and Feller, who shortly afterwards won a penalty. Däbritz took the spot kick, but Noelia Ramos saved it. From then on, the pace of the game slowed down and neither team managed to take the win.
