Real Madrid win in Frankfurt and will play for a place in the Women's Champions League at home

Real Madrid picked up a very important victory against Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of the third qualifying round for the Women's Champions League, played in Germany. A great first half from the Whites, with goals from Angeldahl and Bruun, gives them the advantage in a tie that will be decided next Thursday at the Di Stéfano (8.00 pm CEST). Anyomi scored the home goal.

A good performance from our team in a packed Am Bretanobad. They played at a very high level for much of the first half, scoring twice in the first 35 minutes and completely disabling Eintracht. Eintracht tried their best in the closing stages, but our side defended the result for the second leg (1-2).
