Real Madrid comfortably beat Alhama with goals from Silvia CristóbalKeukelaarIris AshleyLinda C. with a goal to remember, and an own goal at the Di Stéfano on matchday ten of the league. Pau Quesada's side keep up their winning streak with their seventh consecutive victory between the two competitions. They are also unbeaten in 12 games ahead of next Tuesday's European clash with Paris FC (9 pm CET). Misa became the player who has played the most games in our jersey (187).

With academy product Iris Ashley making her debut in the starting line-up, the match began with the Madridistas quickly taking control of possession and playing close to the visitors' area. The setback of Toletti's injury, who was replaced by Däbritz in the 15th minute, did not disrupt Pau Quesada's game plan, and they kept pushing until they were rewarded with an own goal in the 30th minute by Alba S. after she tried to clear Eva Navarro's cross from the right. The score remained 1-0 for the rest of the first half, despite Real Madrid having chances to extend their lead.

Madrid seal the outcome
The team came out determined to seal the win in the second half. Athenea came on for Weir and Silvia Cristóbal replaced Eva Navarro. Two strikes almost immediately in succession put the game beyond doubt. Silvia Cristóbal made it 2-0 in the 50th minute, pouncing on the rebound from Elena after Däbritz's free kick. Four minutes later, Keukelaar beat the opposition goalkeeper with a low shot from inside the area to make it 3-0. Both players were scoring for the first time.

Iris Ashley and Linda C. round off the scoring
Our team continued to put pressure on the visitors' goal in a final stretch that saw more substitutions. Just when it seemed that the score would remain unchanged, Madrid put the icing on the cake of a fine night. Iris Ashley met Andersson's cross with an unstoppable header in the 89th minute and in stoppage time, Linda C. scored a goal to remember, one that only a privileged few could achieve. In the 94th minute, the Colombian started from her own half and beat four opponents to reach the opposition's area, where she finished masterfully to score the fifth and final goal of the night.
