Real Madrid suffered their first defeat of the season. The seven-match winning streak came to an end after losing at the Alfredo Di Stéfano against Levante. The visitors went ahead through Paula Fernández '11. Toril's side hit back in the second half as Linda Caicedo equalised in the 49th minute, but Gabi Nunes made it 1-2 for Levante in the 66th minute. Following the international break, our team will be back in action on 4 November with a trip to Eibar.

Levante took th lead in the 11th minute following a corner kick from the left, the ball dropped in the box and Paula Fernandez turned the ball home. The visitors took control of possession once in the lead. Madrid went in search of an equaliser on the counter-attack. Linda Caicedo appealed for a penalty in the 21st minute following a challenge in the box by the visitors' goalkeeper Holmgren. Feller had another chance before the interval as the Frenchwoman beating two opponents, but her shot was off target.

Following the interval, our team stepped up a gear in search of an equaliser. Linda C. found the net shortly after the restart. A good cross from Olga from the left was turned in by the forward inside the area to make it 1-1 49'. The Colombian then broke away at speed and headed towards the opposition box, but the referee stopped the move for a non-existent offside. Opportunities came and went in front of the Levante goal. It was the visitors, however, who went ahead again in the 66th minute. After a move in which Madrid called for a handball by Levante, Gabi Nunes scored from a corner to make it 1-2.
