Spain-England: eight madridistas target World Cup win
Olga, Misa, Ivana, Rocío, Teresa, Zornoza, Athenea and Oihane will be hoping to win their first trophy with the national team at Stadium Australia in Sydney (tomorrow, 12pm CEST).
Misa, Ivana, Olga, Rocío, Teresa, Zornoza, Athenea and Oihane will be representing Spain in the World Cup final hosted in Australia and New Zealand. The Spaniards will be fighting for the national team's first ever trophy against England, who qualified after beating Australia Sunday, 12pm CEST.
Spain booked their place in the final with a stunning strike from outside the box from Olga in the dying minutes of their semi-final clash with Sweden. Teresa, who was involved in her Real Madrid teammate's goal, has started every game for the national team and scored in the win over Zambia in the group stage. The rest of the madridistas also played in the victories over the Netherlands, Switzerland, Costa Rica and Zambia.
