Our team worked out at Real Madrid City as they continue their preparations for the second pre-season friendly against Union Berlin, set to be played at the An der Alten Försterei Stadium (Sunday, 3:30 pm CEST). In their first warm-up match, our team got the better of Madrid CFF.
The session kicked off with a warm-up and ball circulation drills. There was then a period of fitness work, possession in small spaces, and transition exercises. Training concluded with an 11 vs. 11 match.
