Official Announcement: Melanie Leupolz

Real Madrid C.F. would like to announce that Melanie Leupolz has decided to end her career as a professional football player.

The club would like to express its gratitude and affection to Leupolz for having defended our shirt during this season and wishes to congratulate her on her outstanding career. Leupolz is one of the great benchmarks of women's football in the world with a record that includes 1 European Championship, 1 gold medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, 2 German league titles, 4  Super League titles, 3 FA Cups, 1 Community Shield and 1 League Cup in England.
