Real Madrid return to training

The Whites returned to training after the Christmas break. Xabi Alonso's side trained at Real Madrid City to begin preparations for the first game of 2026, which will see them face Betis at the Bernabéu (Sunday, 4.15 pm CET).
The session began with individual fitness exercises in the gym. The players then took to the pitch and carried out a group preparation, a passing session and circuits of crosses and shots at goal. Finally, they played small-sided games. Carvajal, Militão and Trent continued their recovery work. This Tuesday, the team will complete an open-door training session for members at the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium.
