League leaders prepare for Espanyol clash

Real Madrid returned to training after the victory over Olympique Marseille in the Champions League and began their preparations for the LaLiga matchday five clash against Espanyol at the Bernabéu (Saturday, 4.15 pm CEST).
The league leaders kicked off the session at Real Madrid City with strength work in the gym. The players then moved onto the pitch, where they carried out fitness and power series, combinations and attacking series, and a tactical phase. To finish, they played matches on different-sized pitches.
Rudiger, Mendy and Trent continued with their respective recovery programmes.
