Goals by Bellingham, Mbappé, Güler, and an own goal by A. Herrero extended Real Madrid's perfect winning streak at the Bernabéu.
Real Madrid continues its journey in La Liga with a rhythm of victories. The third victory, against Málaga, came with a thrashing, the second consecutive one at a Bernabéu captivated by the team's performance, which had already decided the match within half an hour. Bellingham opened the scoring at the 19-minute mark with a spectacular solo effort and followed up seven minutes later with a header in the box that A. Herrero deflected into his own net after Puga's clearance. Mbappé scored the third with a beautiful volley at the half-hour mark, and in stoppage time of the second half, Arda Güler, assisted by Vini Jr., sealed the fourth and final goal.
The match began with a clear chance for our team, but Trent's volley from the edge of the box grazed the crossbar in the first minute of play. With both teams clearly proposing an offensive style of play, the Bernabéu witnessed a great spectacle, which tipped in the 19th minute. Bellingham recovered the ball in the opposition's half and embarked on a brilliant solo run, cutting diagonally past Recio and Einar before slotting the ball between A. Herrero's legs.
Onslaught
The goal ignited Real Madrid and the Bernabéu. From that moment, our team became unstoppable and had scored three goals before the half-hour mark. The second goal came after a through pass from Brahim to Mbappé, who received it with his back to goal and shot, but the goalkeeper made a fine save. The ball then reached Bellingham, who headed it inside the box. C. Puga cleared it off the goal line, but the ball ricocheted off A. Herrero and went into the net.
Mbappé scored again
It was the 26th minute, and four minutes later, Mbappé scored his fourth goal of the season. A precise cross from Trent on the right wing and a perfect finish by the Frenchman inside the box with the inside of his right foot made it 3-0 in half an hour. The halftime score stood at 3-0, although Málaga had a chance to reduce the deficit in the 43rd minute, but the post denied Rafa R.'s shot. From one shot hitting the post to another after the break, this time it was Bellingham in the 55th minute with a powerful left-footed shot inside the box.
Unbeaten
The minutes ticked by without chances in either box until the 86th minute when referee Juan Martínez awarded a penalty against Madrid for a handball on a free-kick by Haitam. However, after being advised by VAR and reviewing the play on the monitor, he overturned his decision. In stoppage time, Arda Güler initiated a counterattack that he himself finished off after a pass from Vini Jr., sealing the fourth and final goal. Third victory in La Liga.
