Ramos: 'The team deserves this reward and we've got to share it with our fans'

Sergio Ramos expressed his delight after Real Madrid clinched the LaLiga title at La Rosaleda: 'This team deserves a taste of LaLiga glory, it has been many years since we've last lifted this trophy. We've been the most consistent side throughout the campaign. Our good football, character and determination has ultimately seen us come out on top. This is my fourth LaLiga title, which is no mean feat, but it' almost as if this is my first one, what with it having been so long since the last one'.

'This is the reward this team deserves after having put in so much effort and we now have to share this with our fans. This season, Real Madrid have shown that we're the best and it's now time to enjoy this. There'll always be doubts, but above all we've always kept our cool. Now we're going to enjoy this with our fans, who are waiting for us at Cibeles'.

Isco: 'It's been some time coming, but it's a dream come true to have won the title here, with my family and friends in my city. I'll be forever grateful for the affection they've shown me. It's a very sweet moment and you have to enjoy it. We've shown that we were capable of using the whole squad'.

Marcelo: 'We have to proud of this team. Winning the Spanish league is very tough, it's the strongest league in the world. We've got to be proud of the team and the coaching staff. A lot of people didn't want Real Madrid to win LaLiga, but we fought right until the last. We're Real Madrid'.

“The aim was to win LaLiga and all the competitions that we’re competing in. We have had a great season. We have two weeks left before the next final. This title is for our fans. We have reached the end of the season with the opportunity to win two titles. We have won one and can win another'.                                                                                                                                                          
Lucas: 'Your first LaLiga title is always special. I am really happy. We knew that all of the games would be difficult, but we played well and we have to thank the fans, who cheered us to the hilt'.

Asensio: 'The team has done an incredible job. I’m very excited and very happy to have won my first league title with Madrid. We hope to cap the season off in the Champions League final. This is the prize for consistency, we've had a great season'.

Varane: 'It's never easy to win a league. This is a victory for the whole team and all those that work with us. We have a very good team and we know that winning the Champions League is not going to be easy, but we can do it. I am enjoying every moment at this club, which is a fantastic one. We’ll continue to work and fight to win more titles. It's a day to enjoy and now we're going to Madrid to celebrate with our fans'.
