Twelve madridistas called up to their national teams
Bellingham, Carvajal, Joselu, Kroos, Rüdiger, Camavinga, Tchouameni, Modrić, Vini Jr., Rodrygo, Brahim and Lunin will all be involved in international matches in March.
Vini Jr, Rodrygo, Modrić, Lunin, Brahim, Kroos, Rüdiger, Camavinga, Tchouameni, Bellingham, Carvajal and Joselu have all been called up to represent their countries during this international break. The Brazilians are set to play two friendly games in Europe. The first sees them face England at Wembley (Saturday 23, 8:00pm CET), before they go up against Spain at the Santiago Bernabéu (Tuesday 26, 9:30pm CET)
Modrić
The Croatian midfielder will once again captain his nation in a friendly tournament held in Abu Dhabi. Croatia will play Tunisia in the semi-final at the Al-Nahyan Stadium (Friday 22, 7:00pm CET). Depending on the result, the second game will take place on either Monday 25 or Tuesday 26, against Egypt or New Zealand.
Lunin
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian goalkeeper is still looking to secure a place at the upcoming Euros. The first step is to make it through to the playoff final in Bosnia & Herzegovina (Thursday 21, 8:45pm CET). If they manage, his nation will play the final on Tuesday 26 against the winner of Israel-Iceland.
Brahim
Brahim has been picked for the first time by Morocco to feature in two warm-up games. The first is against Angola (Friday 22, 8:00pm CET) and the second sees him cross paths with Mauritania (Tuesday 26, 11:00pm CET). Both games will be played at the Adrar Stadium.
Kroos & Rüdiger
The madridista midfielder returns to action for his country, having played his last international game back in June 2021. Kroos will be joined by Rüdiger to play two friendlies against France (Saturday 23, 9:00pm CET) and The Netherlands (Tuesday 26; 8:45pm CET).
Camavinga & Tchouameni
The two madridistas have been called up by Deschamps for two friendly fixtures in France against Germany (Saturday 23, 9:00pm CET) and Chile (Tuesday 26; 9:00pm CET).
Bellingham
