The forward has struck 23 goals, the same tally as in the 2022/23 season.
Vini Jr. just keeps on improving year after year and has already equalled his highest goalscoring season with Real Madrid. After bagging a brace in the last league outing against Alavés, the Brazilian has now found the net 23 times, a personal best he set last term. While he managed this tally in 55 games in the 2022/23 season, in the current campaign he has needed just 37 games.
His 23 goals scored this season come in three different competitions. In the league he has notched 15 goals, in the Champions League 5, and in the Spanish Super Cup another 3. Vini Jr. is also an assist machine. So far this season he has provided 7 assists: 4 in the Champions League and 3 in the league.
Crucial goals this season
He has scored goals at key moments of the season that have allowed Real Madrid to reach the final of the Champions League and to clinch the league title and the Spanish Super Cup. In the latter competition's final against Barcelona, the forward scored a hat-trick to lead the Whites to their first trophy of the season.
He also hit the back of the net in decisive matches in LaLiga, such as the Clásico, and clashes against Valencia and Girona, to name a few. In the Champions League, his best goal-scoring display was his brace in Munich, which proved decisive in the semi-final tie against Bayern.
