Carvajal, Nacho, Joselu, Mbappé, Tchouameni, Camavinga, Mendy and Bellingham are through to the semi-finals of the European Championship. Spain will meet France in a clash between Madrid players, while England will take on the Netherlands for a place in the final.

SPAIN

Final
Spain-England (Sunday, 9 pm CEST)


Semi-finals
Spain-France (2-1)

The Spanish national team secured their place in Sunday's final. Nacho was named in the starting line-up and played the full match, while Carvajal, who was suspended, and Joselu did not play.

Quarter-finals:
Germany-Spain (2-1)
Spain, with Nacho, Carvajal and Joselu in their ranks, knocked out the hosts, featuring Rüdiger and Kroos, in extra time at the Stuttgart Arena. 


Round of 16:
Spain-Georgia (4-1).
Nacho, Carvajal 
and Joselu advanced from the round of 16 following a victory over Georgia with Carvajal in the starting line-up. 


Group stage:
Spain-Croatia (3-0)
Spain-Italy (1-0)
Albania-Spain (0-1)
In their opener against Croatia, Spain clinched all three points. Nacho and Carvajal, who netted the third goal, played the full 90 minutes. There was another victory in the second game, against Italy in Gelsenkirchen. Once again, Carvajal played the full match. Against Albania, Joselu was named in the starting line-up and played 72 minutes to help Spain close the group stage with a 100%-win record.

FRANCE

Semi-finals
Spain-France (2-1)

Mbappé, Tchouameni, Camavinga and Mendy were unable to stop a Spain side that featured Nacho, Joselu and Carvajal


Quarter-finals:
France-Portugal (0-0).
Mbappé, Tchouameni, Camavinga and Mendy are through to the semi-finals after beating Portugal on penalties.

Last 16:
France-Belgium (1-0)
France overcame Belgium with a late goal in the last-16 tie. Mbappé and Tchouameni played the full match.


Group stage:
Austria-France (0-1)

Netherlands-France (0-0)
France-Poland (1-1)
Mbappé and Camavinga played in their opener against Austria at the Düsseldorf Arena. The former started the game and was involved in Austria's own goal before being taken off near the end following a bang on his nose, while the latter came on in the 70th minute. In the draw against the Netherlands, Tchouameni played the full 90 minutes. France then drew against Poland in the last group match. Mbappé played the whole match and got on the scoresheet. Tchouameni and Camavinga also played.

GERMANY

Quarter-finals:
Spain-Germany (2-1)
Kroos and Rüdiger lost in extra time and miss out on the semi-finals. The midfielder has called time on his playing career.

Last 16:
Germany-Denmark (2-0)

The hosts, led by Kroos and Rüdiger, booked their place in the quarter-finals with a win over Denmark. The two madridistas were named in the starting line-up and played the full match.
Group stage:
Germany-Scotland (5-1)

Germany-Hungary (2-0)
Switzerland-Germany (1-1)
Germany won the opening game of the competition against Scotland at the Allianz Arena (Munich). The two Madrid men were in the starting line-up. Both players started again in the second match against Hungary, as they did for the third, where they played out a 1-1 draw with Switzerland.

ENGLAND

Final
Spain-England (Sunday, 9 pm CEST)

Semi-finals
England-Netherlands (1-2)

Jude Bellingham's England defeated the Netherlands to reach the final. The madridista was in the starting line-up and played the whole match.

Quarter-finals:
Switzerland-England (1-1)
Bellingham represented England in their win over Switzerland in the penalty shoot-out (5-3 ) and goes through to the semi-finals. The Madrid player scored the second goal in the shoot-out.

Round of 16:
England-Slovakia (2-1)
Bellingham played a key role in the Round of 16, scoring an incredible bicycle kick in stoppage time to force extra time when his side were trailing 1-0 to Slovakia. England finally managed to turn the game around to qualify for the quarter-finals, where they will face Switzerland. 


Group stage:
Serbia-England (0-1)
Denmark-England (1-1)
England-Slovenia (0-0)

In England’s opening game, the madridista clinched victory over Serbia with a headed goal and was named man of the match. He played the full 90 minutes of the second match, which his side drew against Denmark at the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt. In the final group match, the English drew against Slovenia at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne.

TURKEY

Quarter-finals:
Netherlands-Turkey (2-1).
Turkey lost in the quarter-finals to the Netherlands in a match in which they took the lead in the first half. Arda Güler was one of the best players and hit the post from a direct free-kick but was not rewarded with the win.

Round of 16:
Austria-Turkey (1-2)

In the Round of 16 against Austria, Turkey won 1-2 as Güler delivered a superb display. The madridista set up both goals for Demiral as his team clinched a place in the quarter-finals.

Turkey-Georgia (3-1)
Turkey-Portugal (0-3)
Czech Republic-Turkey (1-2)

Turkey won their opening game against Georgia and Güler was named man of the match. The madridista started the game, playing 79 minutes and scoring the second goal against. Against Portugal, the Real Madrid midfielder took to the pitch on 69' minutes. He then started against the Czech Republic at Hamburg's Volksparkstadion, and played 75 minutes.

CROATIA
Spain-Croatia (3-0)
Croatia-Albania (2-2)
Croatia-Italy (1-1)

Modrić failed to reach the last 16 of the European Championship. Croatia began Group B with a defeat to Spain, with the madridista playing 66 minutes of the clash. In the draw with Albania at Hamburg's Volksparkstadion, the Real Madrid man completed the full match for his nation. In the final game against reigning champions Italy, Modrić opened the scoring, but the Italians grabbed a last-minute equaliser to eliminate Croatia.

UKRAINE
Romania-Ukraine (3-0)
Slovakia-Ukraine (1-2)
Ukraine-Belgium (0-0)

Lunin was unable to secure a place in the last 16 of the European Championship. Ukraine opened with a defeat against Romania at the Allianz Arena. In the second match, the Madrid goalkeeper was a substitute in the win against Slovakia at the Düsseldorf Arena. He was also absent against Belgium at the MHPArena in Stuttgart.
