Brahim is participating in the Africa Cup of Nations with Morocco. The Madrid forward has scored in the first 3 matches with his national team, hosts of the competition. He netted in the win against Comoros, in the draw against Mali and in the win against Zambia. The Moroccan national team will play in the last 16. The final will be played on Sunday 18 January.

Group Stage:
-Morocco-Comoros (2-0)
Morocco opened with a win over Comoros in the tournament curtain-raiser at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat. Brahim played 76 minutes, putting his side in front when he broke the deadlock on 55 minutes.

-Morocco-Mali (1-1)
Morocco picked up a point against Mali in their second game in Rabat. Brahim was once again on the scoresheet, this time converting from the penalty spot. The forward was replaced on 71 minutes.

-Zambia-Morocco (0-3)
Brahim was once again in the starting line-up in his side's victory over Zambia. The Madridista, who played 63 minutes, scored the second goal for his team, who qualify for the last 16 as top of Group A.
