Olympique de Marseille, Real Madrid's first opponent in the Champions League (Tuesday 16th, 9 pm CEST), secured a comfortable home victory against Lorient in their Ligue 1 matchday four fixture. Roberto de Zerbi's side took all three points in a match in which Greenwood, with a goal and an assist, was the standout player.
Marseille played with an extra man for 80 minutes after Yongwa was sent off for bringing down Murillo in the area. Greenwood made no mistake from the penalty spot and, in the 20th minute, assisted Pavard for the second goal. Before half-time, Gomes increased the lead, and near the end, Aguerd sealed the victory for the home side.
