Real Madrid face their last match of 2025 at the Bernabéu. After securing a place in the Copa del Rey round of 16 in Talavera, Xabi Alonso's side welcome Sevilla for their LaLiga matchday 17 fixture. Our team will be looking to end the year with another victory.
This is the third match in seven days for the Whites, who also beat Alavés last Sunday in the domestic competition. Tonight's match will be the last before the Christmas break, which will last until Sunday 4 January, when we welcome Betis to our stadium (4:15 pm CET).
“It's the last game of the year and we want to finish well,” said Xabi Alonso at the press conference ahead of the match. The Real Madrid coach will be without the suspended Carreras and Endrick for this match.
Sevilla
The Andalusian side started the day in 9th place, with six wins, two draws and eight defeats. After being knocked out of the Copa del Rey in the round of 32 by Alavés, they will be looking for a win at the Bernabéu to move closer to the European places.
