Real Madrid return to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium this afternoon, 14 days after their last match and do so in an important fixture against Celta to keep up the fight for LaLiga. It will be a tough match against an opponent in the thick of the race for next season’s European competition qualification (2pm CEST).
Our team is starting the final month of the league season, with only five games left to decide who will be crowned champions. The objective is to secure all 15 available points, of which the first three are up for grabs today at the Bernabéu
They will then visit Barcelona, host Mallorca, play Sevilla at the Sánchez-Pizjuán and finish at home against Real Sociedad.

"There are five games left in LaLiga and anything can happen," said Ancelotti in the pre-match press conference. The Italian, who will be without Rodrygo and the injured CarvajalMilitãoCamavingaAlabaRüdiger and Mendy, has called up these players in search of a fourth consecutive victory in the league after beating Alavés (0-1), Athletic Club (1-0) and Getafe (0-1). They will also be looking to continue their run of three consecutive games without conceding a goal in LaLiga.

The Galician side started the matchday in seventh position, with a record of 13 wins, 7 draws and 13 defeats. Claudio Giráldez's side arrive at the Bernabéu on the back of an excellent 3-0 home win over Villarreal. On the road, they have lost just one of their last five games (2 wins and 2 draws) and have scored in their last eight outings. Borja Iglesias, who has scored four goals in the last two games, and Aspas are their top scorers in the league, with nine goals each.
