Real Madrid go into their last LaLiga away game of the year. Our team will be looking for another win against Rayo Vallecano, which would be their twelfth so far this season (9:00pm CET), which would leave them top of the table at the end of the matchday, albeit provisionally. All this, four days before the Intercontinental Cup final in Doha next Wednesday (6:00pm CET).
Winning at the Vallecas stadium is no easy task. Ancelotti‘s side will have to put on their best attacking display there, as they did against Atalanta. One of the most outstanding players was Bellingham, who is in great form, having scored six goals in the last seven games. He has also scored five times in LaLiga (Osasuna, Leganés, Getafe, Athletic and Girona).
"We're confident that we can play a good game against Rayo," said Ancelotti in the pre-match press conference. The Italian will be without Mbappé in the squad but will be able to count on Camavinga, back from injury, and Vini Jr. The Brazilian returned from injury with a goal against Atalanta and is the team's top scorer with 13 goals.
Rayo Vallecano
The Madrid side started the day in twelfth position with a record of five wins, four draws and six defeats. Iñigo Pérez's side host los blancos after winning their last two games against Valencia in LaLiga and Unionistas de Salamanca in the Copa del Rey. De Frutos is their top scorer with three goals.
