They will secure their place in the final round if they beat PSG tonight in the semi-finals of the competition at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey (9 pm CEST, 3 pm local time). Chelsea/Fluminense, who beat Chelsea/Fluminense in the other semi-final, are awaiting in the final.

After beating Borussia Dortmund in the quarter-finals (3-2), the Whites now face the hurdle of taking on the reigning European champions. The overall record between the two clubs, who have met 12 times in official matches, stands in favour of the Madridistas with 5 wins, 3 draws and 4 defeats.

Keeping up the good offensive momentum will be key against a PSG side that has only conceded one goal in the Club World Cup.. Gonzalo, top scorer in the competition (4 goals), tops the list of seven Madridistas who have found the back of the net: Valverde (2), Mbappé, Vini Jr., Bellingham, Arda Güler and Fran García.
