From one big match to another. Last Tuesday, Real Madrid defeated Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium (1-2) and secured their place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Tonight, another major event takes place: the derby at the Bernabéu. Arbeloa's team will look for their fifth consecutive victory in this matchday 29 of LaLiga (9:00 pm CEST; Orange TV and Movistar LaLiga) with the support of their fans.

Additionally, this will be the first of the last ten matches remaining in the battle for the league title and the final one before the international break. Arbeloa’s team will return to competition on April 4 with another key match: against Mallorca at Son Moix.

“We approach the derby with great enthusiasm and excitement,” stated Arbeloa during the pre-match press conference ahead of the third derby of the season. Our coach will not be able to count on Courtois, who suffered an injury at the Etihad Stadium, but Vini Jr. will be available, coming into the match in good form after his brace against Manchester City.
