Real Madrid Castilla came from behind in Talavera to claim three crucial points, keeping them in the playoff positions for promotion. Our reserve team, who trailed 1-0 at halftime after Di Renzo's goal in the 10th minute, turned the game around with a brilliant second-half performance, sealed by Pol Fortuny's brace in 16 minutes. His first goal came in the 53rd minute with a shot from the edge of the area, and the second and decisive goal followed a great assist from Jacobo.

Only ten minutes had passed when Di Renzo put Talavera ahead. It was time to react, and our team began to dominate their opponent and create chances in the local team's area. Manuel Ángel came close to equalizing with a powerful shot from the edge of the area, but Belman made a fantastic save in the 16th minute. From then until halftime, possession alternated with few notable chances.

Magnificent second half
After the break, López de Lerma's side showed greater intensity, and following a recovery in the opposition half, Pol Fortuny found himself at the edge of the area and beat Belman with a shot that deflected off Sergi Molina (53’). Talavera responded with a set-piece opportunity, as Di Renzo's header in the 60th minute narrowly missed the post of the goal defended by Mestre.

The match turned into an end-to-end battle, and in the 69th minute, Castilla completed the comeback with Pol Fortuny's second goal, finishing a fantastic assist from Jacobo. From that moment on, Real Madrid Castilla displayed great teamwork and defensive solidity to protect their lead and ultimately took all three points from El Prado stadium.
