Resounding win for U19s in their second Youth League match

Real Madrid under-19s beat Kairat Almaty at the Stadion Akademïï T.S. Segïzbaeva, in the match corresponding to the second matchday of the league phase of the Youth League. Julián López de Lerma's side took the lead in the eighth minute with a goal from Barroso, who scored his second goal of the tournament. Valdepeñas (18') and Roberto (38'), who also scored his second goal in the competition, increased the gap in the first half. On 58', Kairat made it 3-1, but Jacobo in 77' made it 4-1.

The Whites took control from the outset. In the 8th minute, they found the 1-0 with a fine textbook move. Diego Martínez took a low corner to the near post, which found Yáñez; the midfielder made a good back-heel pass to Barroso, who scored with pleasure. The pace of the game did not change, and in the 77th minute, the under-19s made it 4-1. Pol Durán made a great pass between the lines that found Jacobo inside the box; the striker took a good first touch to get off the mark and finish with a tight shot. In stoppage time, he could have made it 5-1from the penalty spot, after a handball inside the area, but Buch saved his shot.
