Real Madrid U19s will face Leipzig in the last 16 of the Youth League following the draw held at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon. The single-leg tie will be played on Wednesday 28 February at 6:00pm CET at the Alfredo Di Stéfano. In the event of a draw, there will be no extra time and it will go straight to penalties.

If our team qualifies, they will play the quarter-finals, with the same format, against the winner of Milan-Braga on 12 or 13 March and away. The semi-final would be against the winner of the Mainz-Manchester City and Az Alkmaar-Oporto games. This round and the final will be played at the same venue from 19-22 April.

Arbeloa: "We're playing the last 16 at home, which is always an incentive and a positive thing"
"There were never going to be any easy opponents. We play the last 16 at home, which is always an incentive and a positive thing. Last year we played Leipzig in the group stage and they're a great team, with a very strong youth system. We're looking forward to that game, to enjoy it, knowing that if you want to be European champions you have to beat the best."

"It's a very beautiful and exciting competition for the lads because of everything it involves. You're up against some great players. We are Real Madrid and we know what Europe means for this club. It's very important, we have a huge responsibility and the pride of being the best team in the world and to prove it in this category."
