Real Madrid Castilla recorded an impressive win against Atlético Sanluqueño in matchday 27 of the Primera RFEF. Castilla had to come back twice to win the game at the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium. Raúl's side secured their eighth home win in the league thanks to Arribas, who bagged a hat-trick, and Latasa, who netted a brace.
 
The reserve team controlled the game from the off and with just two minutes on the clock, Mario tried his luck but his effort went over. Shortly after, Aranda shot from the edge of the area, but Isma Falcón deflected his effort wide. Despite Madrid being on top, Toni García put the visitors ahead from an indirect free kick inside the area 15'.  Castilla's persistence paid off midway through the first half and they levelled the score with a fantastic header from Arribas. But Atlético Sanluqueño got their second after half an hour with another goal from Toni García.  Despite the scoreline, the reserve team continued to dominate and kept looking for a way through and Latasa made it 2-2 with another header.

came out after the break intent on winning the game and in the 51st minute, Barrio gave away a penalty which Arribas converted. Just four minutes later, another foul inside the area gave Latasa the chance to make it 4-2, and he converted from the spot.  The reserve team were still pushing for more goals and Arribas secured his hat-trick in the 77th minute. The midfielder received on the edge of the area, controlled the ball and unleashed a fine left-footed shot to make it 5-2.
