2-1: Latasa and Arribas seal victory for Castilla

Real Madrid Castilla picked up their tenth win at the Alfredo Di Stéfano after overcoming Sevilla Atlético to move further up the table in the Primera RFEF. Raúl’s charges were reduced to ten men for the final 30 minutes of play, but they managed to emerge victorious against the Andalusians courtesy of first-half goals by Latasa and Arribas.
The clash was evenly matched in the opening stages and halfway through the first period the madridiastas found the back of the net, but the goal by Arribas was ruled out for offside. On the half-hour mark, Latasa opened the scoring when he headed home a cross from Peter. Ten minutes later, Peter played in Arribas, who brought the ball under control before unleashing a powerful left-footed strike past the keeper to double the Whites’ lead before the break.
