Real Madrid Castilla were defeated by Andorra on matchday 31 of the Primera RFEF. The madridistas had chances to take something from the game but were unable to extend their unbeaten run to six games on their visit to the Estadio Nacional 2-1. Dotor scored a headed goal for the academy side, who must now turn their attention to the next league clash against Alcoyano on Sunday at Real Madrid City 12:00 pm CET.

Castilla carved out the first chance of the match when Peter’s dangerous cross just evaded Dotor in the 10th minute. On 23’, Marc tried his luck but he struck the ball into the side-netting of Fuidias’s goal. The hosts gradually began to get more possession and on 35’ Hevel broke the deadlock. Seven minutes later, the Whites drew level. Aranda‘s fine cross picked out Dotor, who equalised with a superb header.

After the restart, Castilla went in search of a second goal, as the visitors swung several crosses into the area. In the 56th minute, Gila appealed for a penalty when he was pulled back inside the box, but the referee was not convinced. Despite Madrid’s pressure, Andorra then went back in the lead through Carlos Martínez 69’. Aranda almost equalised from a free-kick, but the home keeper pulled off a fine save and the hosts hung on for the win.
