0-2: Gila gives Castilla the win against Sabadell
Two goals from the Real Madrid defender give yhe points to Raul's side for their eleventh win of the season.
Another win for Real Madrid Castilla on a difficult away trip as our reserves picked up three points in their visit to Sabadell in matchweek 28 of the Primera RFEF 0-2. Gila bagged a brace from two set-pieces, and a solid defensive display from Raúl's team saw them record the eleventh win of the season.An early injury for Marvin at the Nova Creu Alta saw him replaced by Carrillo 4'. An even start in the opening stages, with Aranda trying his luck but his free-kick was deflected wide. Sabadell could have taken the lead on the half hour mark, but Aarón was kept out by Fuidias. Castilla came close with a header from Mario Martín after a Carrillo cross. The Whites were searching for the opener and it came in the 37th minute. A free-kick was whipped in by Miguel and Gila beat his defender to get the better of Emilio with his first touch. Fuidias made a fine save just before the break to keep out Boniquet's effort. Gila got the winnerRaul's side could have stretched their lead at the start of the second half with a close-range effort from Arribas blocked by Emilio. They continued to look for a way through and in the 57th minute, Latasa claimed a penalty after a foul on Aleix. The visitors' persistence paid off as two minutes later Gila was on target again. Peter's corner kick was met by the defender who managed to beat his marker to make it 0-2. The Catalans pressed on and Aguza tried his luck from distance. Castilla looked to extend their lead in the later stages and Arribas and Dotor came close to getting the third but it stayed 2-0 to the vistors as Castilla picked up their eleventh win of the season.
