Seventh anniversary of our fifth basketball Super Cup win

Real Madrid's basketball team lifted their fifth Spanish Super Cup on 22 September 2018. The team coached by Laso were crowned champions of the tournament, held in Santiago de Compostela, when they beat Baskonia in the final (80-73).

Llull, top scorer in the game with 15 points, was named tournament MVP, after the madridistas came past Obradoiro 61-81 in the semi-finals. Real Madrid also won the league that same season.
