Real Madrid played its first LaLiga match 95 years ago. It was on 10 February 1929 that our team made their debut in the competition, when they hosted Europa at Chamartín on the opening day of LaLiga. Four goals from Lazcano, who became Madrid's first goalscorer in the national championship, and one from Morera sealed a 5-0 win.
