Real Madrid coaches and players visit children in hospital

Once again this year, Real Madrid visited children admitted to hospitals in the capital. The coaches and players from the first team football and basketball squads, together with representatives of the Real Madrid Foundation, handed out gifts and unforgettable moments to the little ones.

Xabi Alonso, Sergio Scariolo and Pau Quesada went to the Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital; Carvajal, Llull and Misa visited the Sanitas La Zarzuela University Hospital; and Valverde, Tavares and Teresa were at the Blua Sanitas Valdebebas Hospital. More than 2,000 hospitalised children and young people were able to enjoy a visit from their favourite players, who signed autographs and took photographs with them. This initiative is part of the Real Madrid Foundation campaign No child without a present at Christmas, which promotes positive values and contributes to improving the emotional well-being of children through sport.
